Contact and preferences

The inquiry forms submit your contact details and message to Northstar. If submission is unavailable, an explicitly labeled email option lets you review and send the inquiry in your email app. Submitted contact details and messages are recorded in Northstar’s private NOMAD CRM and routed to Marty for response. PLATO and NOMAD requests are categorized separately. Inquiries are not marketing subscriptions. Your NOMAD conversation may be kept in session storage on your device so they remain available while you browse. You can clear the conversation in NOMAD.

NOMAD assistance

NOMAD provides AI-assisted answers and navigation using Northstar’s public website information. Questions and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. If AI is temporarily unavailable, NOMAD provides clearly labeled site-guide answers. NOMAD does not access private CRM records or submit inquiries on your behalf. Do not share confidential, financial, medical, or other sensitive information. NOMAD cannot access Northstar’s private workspace, send an email, quote binding terms, or make commitments.
